Something I do wonder is, what parallel universe we observed here... It sure had some differences from the one we saw before, which I just call prime for simplicity. Differences I noticed that made me realize this being a different universe: - Toad have different colours (I recall the one Yahoo slaps to have blue colour and not yellow) - Birdo directly attacks mario - Toad (SMW3) seems to already suspect what will happen. Thinking about it, could it be that those I mention have some sort of "Reading steiner" (Yes I'm a Steins;Gate nerd.)?

if you get a frame perfect pause at 0:44 we see how many runs have happend up to this point, the number is 4.284.172.099.921. The universe is 13729 and the variant of this univers is ???, which shows that there are multiple univers as well as a wide variety of variants of these universes which rain form 0 to infinity. the year is in 1988, the time Super mario bros. 3 released. There also are counters, The ram counters and World properties. Ram counters has 4 sub numbers which are (closet symbols that i can find is $) $0551, $0612, $054B and $06F7. World properties has 5 sub numbers which are $0635, $06F7, $06F8, $06F9 and $8000-$8119. There’s a jumble of words and numbers that can read “NORMAL LEVEL 00 - NO - YES” with numbers 9103-910C-9115. and “SUB-SPACE” $9108-9111-911A” the last part of this short lived frame is the words “MONITOR LOADING...” Now my theory is that a player is indeed controlling the speed demon/ mario which can explain the various universes and variants, this could also explain how mario is always 1 parallel universe ahead and how he is able to stop sonic. The speed demon/mario/player has already reset the run because of bad RNG, which explains why he stopped sonic. Another part of my theory is that Luigi once mentioned was “ Was it a all a RNG to get to this moment” implying that mario already knew his “endgame” goal. This is my theory that i could potentially build on for hours while bringing in the other videos that could support this theory.

Just something accurate; the only speedrun videos were metroid, zelda and Mario. If so, then Samus could have pretended to be normal along with link, which means they are both speed demons after Mario was saved, but in parallel universes.
